1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using StudyVector. It applies to all users of the platform, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Permitted Use
StudyVector is designed for personal, educational use. You may:
- Use the tutor, lessons, quizzes, and revision tools for your own study.
- Save and revisit lessons and progress data.
- Share your own study notes and achievements with others.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without permission.
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content or AI-generated outputs.
- Submit content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
- Deliberately overload or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
- Use the tutor to generate content unrelated to educational study (e.g. for commercial purposes).

4. AI-Assisted Content
StudyVector uses AI to support explanations, feedback, routing, and draft learning materials. Live exam-style question content is quality controlled before it is used for serious practice. AI-assisted content is provided for study purposes only. You should not present it as your own original work in academic submissions where this is prohibited by your institution.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of the platform, please report it to hello@studyvector.co.uk.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
