"According to Jacob Morgan from FORBES, a recent study of the Freelancers Union claims that by 2020 40% of American Projects will be freelancing."
Freelancing is defined as working for one or multiple companies simultaneously on a contract basis as opposed to working as an employee for a single company.
According to Jacob Morgan from FORBES, a recent study of the Freelancers Union claims that by 2020 40% of American Projects will be freelancing. The same study also shows that 34% of the American workforce is already freelancing and there are currently almost 18 million full-time independent workers today.
This is both businesswise or scientificly a significant case. Besides the trend of freelancing is growing rapidly.
Vector Study Group Perspective
In addtion to many social, economic or personal reasons, people tend to freelance beacuse it give them the opportunity to have their own vector. In regular organizations employees are expected to allign their personal vectors to the organization's vector. However freelancing people are relatively more free to enhance their own vectors.
