Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD)

The mission of AHRD is leading the Human Resource Development (HRD) profession through research. AHRD is supported by four scholarly journals published quarterly: Human Resource development Quarterly (HRDQ), Human Resource Development International (HRDI),Human Resource Development Review (HRDR), and Advances in Developing Human Resources (ADHR). Beside the annual conference, it also organizes two chapter conferences in Asia and Europe regularly.


Academy of International Business (AIB)

The Academy of International Business (AIB) is the leading association of scholars and specialists in the field of international business. Established in 1959, AIB has over 3000 members from over 80 different countries. Members include scholars from many academic institutions as well consultants and researchers. The organization also publishes the Journal of International Business Studies, a leading international business journal.



Academy of Marketing Science (AMS)

Founded in 1971, AMS is an international, scholarly, and professional organization that creates and disseminates marketing knowledge and furthers marketing practices around the world. The organization publishes the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (JAMS) on a quarterly basis, and also holds an annual conference.


Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA)

AIEA was established in 1982 with the goal of enhancing opportunities for members to join forces, exchange ideas, share institutional strategies, and provide an effective voice on matters of public policy. AIEA also actively promotes international education and research.


Australian & New Zealand International Business Academy (ANZIBA)

ANZIMA aims to foster the education, advance teaching and research in the field of international business in Australia and New Zealand. Subject areas include international management, human resource management, marketing, finance, accounting, politics and economics and other related international disciplines.


European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM)

Founded in 1971, EIASM has over 40,000 management scientists from all over the world. The institute aims to contribute to the development of management researchers and teachers in Europe. It has also functional associations functioning under its supervision, consisting of EURAM, EAA, EARIE, EFA, EIBA, EMAC and EUROMA.


European International Business Academy (EIBA)

EIBA was created in 1974 to serve as a core communication network for disseminating information and promoting international exchange in the field of International Business. It cooperates closely with the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM). EIBA has 400 members from 40 different countries and holds an annual conference, which is hosted each year by a major European university. It also publishes the International Business Review.


Financial Management Association International (FMA)

The Financial Management Association International (FMA) was created in order to spread knowledge concerning financial decision making to scholars and academics all across the globe. The organization publishes research and commentary on financial issues, hosts annual conferences, and brings together professionals with a common interest in finance.


Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS)

INFORMS serves operations researchers (OR) and management science (MS) professionals including scientists, consultants, managers, and educators by publishing 12 scholarly journals and organizing conferences. Although the organization's main focus is OR/MS, the journals span variety of fields ranging from mathematics to marketing and organization science.


International Academy of Business and Economics (IABE)

The International Academy of Business and Economics (IABE) is a global organization of academic scholars, business executives, students, and public policy makers in business, economics, and related fields. The site contains information such as business journals and business conferences.


International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD)

An organization established in 1987 to foster and promote education in all of the functional and support disciplines of business. The Academy seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice, and to increase individual awareness of business problems and opportunities in the international marketplace. International Management Development Association (IMDA)

Organized in 1987, IMDA provides an interdisciplinary global platform for the exchange of ideas in the pursuit of professional growth and opportunities for academics, practitioners, and public policy makers at all levels. The Association promotes and organizes member exchanges between developed and developing countries, organizes an annual conference, and publishes a refereed journal.


NASBITE International

NASBITE International's objective is to help the professional development of international trade educators, trainers, and service providers, as well as to promote an exchange of information and resources by those involved in international trade education and assistance. They coordinate and administer the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) credential, and provide support through training and study material. The organization also holds an annual conference.

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR)

An interdisciplinary network for students and professionals working in the field of intercultural communication, the main purpose of SIETAR is to encourage and support the development and application of values, knowledge and skills that promote and reinforce beneficial and long-lasting intercultural and inter-ethnic relations at the individual, group, organization and community levels.


Society for Marketing Advances (SMA)

The SMA connects marketing educators from many countries. Its members receive electronic access to the Marketing Education Review and the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice. The organization also holds an annual conference.


Southern Management Association (SMA)

The Southern Management Association is a division of the Academy of Management. With nearly 1,000 members representing more than 200 colleges, universities and companies, its main focus is management, and it publishes the internationally recognized Journal of Management six times a year. The organization also provides placement services for its members and holds an annual conference each fall.


Strategic Management Society (SMS)

The SMS combines academics with business people from all around the world. With members representing more than 60 countries, it organizes annual conferences and mini-conferences, publishes, and supports publications in the field, including "The Strategic Management Journal" (SMJ).
